Wines enhanced by music. A world first from Austria - from the heart of worlds music
The SONOR WINE method involves using sound waves, specifically music, to change the taste of wine. When wine is exposed to certain frequencies or rhythms, it will enhance its flavors and aromas. This process is known as sonication.
When wines are sonicated, the sound waves create vibrations that can help to mix the components of the wine more thoroughly, potentially making it taste smoother and more balanced, and all this within the wine. The right kind of music can bring out the best qualities in the wine.
In contrast, wine that hasn't been sonicated may taste more subdued or less complex. It might not have the same depth of flavor or aromatic richness, as the components haven't been stimulated in the same way. Essentially, sonicated wine are more vibrant and expressive compared to traditional wine that hasn't undergone this treatment.
Whether the greatest melodies of the world's most famous composers such as Bach, Haydn, Mozart, and Vivaldi, or rare orchestral and jazz recordings, opera, operetta, and electronic sounds – each wine is given its own distinctive musical note through a special process.
